Many properties needing electrical installation in Kiambu Town have been extended and re-let several times, with each fundi adding a socket or circuit wherever was convenient. The result is overloaded cables, scorched sockets and breakers that trip without warning.

Nerpax Systems works on homes, rental blocks, shops and offices. That covers fresh wiring for new builds, full or partial rewiring of older buildings and inspection of existing installations. After a site survey we supply genuine materials, install to the Kenyan wiring regulations and test each circuit, then hand over a clear record of what was done.

For shop fit-outs and offices, we plan lighting, sockets and data points around how the space will be used, so you are not living with extension cables. Our team is local to Kiambu, which keeps site visits simple. Book a site visit to have your property assessed.

Electrical Installation in Kiambu Town: FAQs

Do you rewire older rental buildings in Kiambu Town while tenants live there?

Usually, yes. We plan the work unit by unit or floor by floor so each tenant is without power for as short a time as possible. During the survey we agree a schedule with you, and we keep work areas tidy and safe while the building is still occupied.

What does an electrical inspection include?

We check the distribution board, breakers and RCD protection, earthing, cable sizes against loads, socket and switch condition, and signs of overheating or damp. You receive a plain explanation of what is safe, what needs attention and what is urgent, so you can plan repairs sensibly.
