Landlords with rental flats in Kasarani, Mwiki and Hunters often learn the hard way that a cheap camera kit bought off the shelf is not the same as a working system. The cameras go offline, the recorder fills up, and when a tenant's motorbike disappears there is nothing to watch.

Our CCTV installation in Kasarani is built to keep recording. Nerpax designs coverage for the gate, parking, stairwells and shop frontages that many blocks have on the ground floor, with storage sized so footage is still there when you need it. For family homes in areas such as Sunton and Seasons, we focus on the gate, compound and doors.

We supply genuine cameras and recorders, run cables in conduit, protect the system with a UPS where outages are frequent, and set up phone viewing for the owner.

Homes and blocks in neighbouring Roysambu are covered too. Request a free quote.

Serving Kasarani

Kasarani sits off Thika Road around the Moi International Sports Centre, with neighbourhoods such as Mwiki and Clay City spreading eastwards. The area has a mix of new apartment blocks, bungalows, schools and growing commercial strips. Developers and landlords need complete electrical installations, metering and lighting for new builds, plus CCTV and intercoms for shared compounds. Homeowners on standalone plots often ask for automated gates, electric fencing and solar backup. Nerpax Systems supplies, installs and delivers across Kasarani.

CCTV Installation in Kasarani: FAQs

Why do cheap CCTV kits stop working so quickly?

Common reasons are low-grade cameras and power supplies, cables left exposed to sun and rain, no protection from power surges, and hard drives too small for the number of cameras. We use genuine equipment, protect cabling and add a UPS or surge protection where needed.

Can CCTV keep recording during a power cut in Kasarani?

Yes, with a UPS or battery backup sized for the recorder and cameras. During an outage, the system keeps recording for as long as the backup lasts. If you have solar or a generator, the CCTV can be connected to your backed-up circuits instead.
